Sign Up Information

All registration for the programme is through our website http://10.0.67.221/. If you are having difficulties accessing the site or making payment, please contact our Main Reception on 2655 1111 or email co-curricular@hkacademy.edu.hk.

Prior to the course commencing, you will receive an email from co-curriclar@hkacademy.edu.hk confirming your enrolment. Within the email, details of the service provider/coach will be included. The service provider or coach will be the point of contact for any questions pertaining to the course from that point forward. For all HKA courses, email correspondence and updates will be issued from co-curricular@hkacademy.edu.hk. For any queries regarding sign up procedures or general information about the programme please contact co-curricular@hkacademy.edu.hk.

Arrival Information

Please enter via the Bus Bay on Mei Yuen Street. 

Following temperature checks, please proceed to our cafeteria for sign-in. Students are required to sign-in and sign-out. On sign-in, students will be escorted to designated marked tables to be collected by their coach for their registered session.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied for sign-in and sign-out of their course. If you do not plan to accompany your child on and off campus, you must confirm in writing to co-curricular@hkacadmy.edu.hk. Children over the age of 12 are allowed to independently access campus. Children over the age of 12 travelling to HKA independently should have their student ID or other form of identification available upon request. 

Parents and caregivers are welcome to wait in the designated area in our school cafeteria. To prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), parents and caregivers are not permitted to wait inside the classrooms. If waiting on campus, all visitors must wear a face mask and comply with the school’s requirements at all times.

Students will be collected at the Cafeteria at the scheduled end of the session. For ease of sign out, we recommend that parents and caregivers bring a form of identification that matches the names submitted during the registration in order to sign out your children. If you have made alternative pick up arrangements, please contact the service provider directly.

General Information

Hong Kong Academy recommend the following items be included when coming to campus for longer camp programmes: 

  • A spare change of clothes and socks. 
  • A sun hat
  • A water bottle
  • A snack (nut free)

Before coming to school please ensure your child has applied mosquito repellent and sunscreen.

If a session is cancelled on the day for any unforeseen circumstances including inclement weather (Red & Black Rainstorm, T8), parents will be notified on http://10.0.67.221/ and by the service provider prior to the session starting time. Parents are responsible for making sure that all contacts are current and accurate at the time of sign up. Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather will not be rescheduled. 

Hong Kong Academy is committed to protecting ourselves and protecting others during the COVID-19 Epidemic. Please continue to remain vigilant with your health and safety routines as a family and monitor your child’s health and temperature each day. Please refrain from sending your child to the programme if they are displaying flu-like symptoms. If your child develops flu-like symptoms whilst on campus or is unable to physically manage themselves, you will be asked to come and collect them in a timely manner. If we are unable to reach parents on their contact numbers, we will proceed to call all emergency contacts listed. To prevent the spread of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) Hong Kong Academy will follow the ‘Health Advice to schools’ from the Centre of Health Protection for all programmes on campus. Any child with fever, flu-like symptoms or who is experiencing difficulties maintaining personal hygiene should be kept home and medical care should be sought as appropriate. Unfortunately, there is no refund or credit for activities that are missed due to illness. Please read the terms and conditions for more information.
