Mindful Wing Chun - Martial Arts Self Defence & Mindfulness (Age 6-9)

In our classes, we aim to teach children how to defend their Physical, emotional and phycological experiences through the art of mindful movement! The aim is to help children experience that when they are relaxed, calm and have a good posture, how they can deal with external and internal pressure much more efficiently and effectively. This system not only helps children defend themselves but also gives them more confidence, focus and overall awareness, and this helps in all aspects of their lives. This skill is really one that all children should have!
